Individuals Protesting Obama's Visit to London. Later, on the BBC, we saw a different group outside the palace.
Big Ben shot through the fence surrounding the parking entrances to Parliament
Speaking of Security. In the distance you can see guards with machine guns. In the foreground, embedded in the driveway leading up to them, is a machine that allows security to see the underside of cars entering the complex.
Jordan snapped this shot back at Parliament through the arches of the building that houses the Parliament Book Store. Five hours in London and Carl had already purchased his souvenir book. Check.

To the right, and just to the left of the van exiting Downing Street, you can see the heavily armed police officers in white shirtsleeves. In addition to the gate, there was also another barrier to the street.

Long day today. We are starting at the Tower of London this morning at 8:30. This afternoon we will visit the British Museum.
