The Eiffel Tower

Though not my favorite site in Paris, the Eiffel Tower is an amazing feat of engineering.  My problem with it is the size.  Imagine yourself at Disney World in Florida if it was a vertical attraction.  Too many bodies, too little space.  Well, that and Robert almost had to take out a tour guide who challenged our place in the reservation line.  After HE had accosted US because his tour group had been there 20 minutes, and Robert explained to him that we had been standing where the guard had told us for over 35 minutes, the tour guide suggested that there was no reason for Robert to get testy.

Love this shot of the tower through the trees.  Great eye, Jordan.

The View from the Second Level

If you are afraid of heights, the ride from the second level to the top is the hinder-rendering elevator ride. It felt like we were suspended in mid-air and simply rising.  Didn't help that I had my back pressed against the glass doors of the elevator.
